This has been a hectic few days, with Thanksgiving, a sick daughter, feeling really tired and run down, and a granddaughter visiting for a few days, and trying to get some holiday cleaning done in preparation for Christmas decorating, has made it impossible to do any blogging. I also want to make some changes in my blog look, so will be AWOL for a day or two, or three, but will be back soon.!
God bless everyone!
Mary
Mary, I hope your daughter is feeling better soon, and of course I'm sure your enjoying your granddaughter. Have fun changing your blog. I am working on one for Chritmas as well. I can't change my furniture around so at least I can always change my blog ;)

Hi Mary,
ReplyDeleteOh I hope your daughter is feeling better. Don't get run-down yourself, which is so easy to do this time of year.
So thrilled you loved your scarf, send me a photo:)
Thanks so much for your words of encouragement, support and most of all you being you!
Love,
Lynn♥
Mary, I hope and pray that your daughter is better soon. So sorry to hear she's been sick. Don't get run down. Rest and regroup before the Christmas rush hits. We'll be here when you get back.
ReplyDeleteXO,
Sheila :-)
Hi Mary...I hope your daughter is feeling better...sounds like you have had your hands full during the Thanksgiving holiday. Thanksgiving night I had such a headache after everyone left that I could barely get up from my chair and go to bed! We had a wonderful day but I was just exhausted! I got most of my decorating done but scaled back on the outside this year. Sometimes less is more, I say! Get some rest Mary and take one day at a time.~Hugs, Patti
ReplyDeleteLook forward to seeing you when you come back :-)

Wishing all your family a better next few days. It is a fine time, but I know so well, with a big family how tiring it can get. Take care of yourself. I have finally learned to keep a path open through the house and that may just be it.

Oh Mary do I ever hear you. I too am just dragging for some reason. My daughter and her husband have been here since Tues and they are leaving first thing in the morning. My son and his family were here for 2 full days as well. Thanksgiving was WONDERFUL but totally exhausting, and my husband and I drug out the tree today and decorated it and we were soo slow it took us 3 hours before we were done, and tonight we took my oldest son out to dinner for his birthday and then they came over for cake and ice cream. They just left and I am going to blog for a while and head off to bed. And tomorrow I have to leave at the crack of dawn to drive down to San Diego as my 3 year old grandson has to have surgery on his thumb and I have to babysit the 4 year old and the baby for the day. I really would appreciate a prayer or two for JD. I am sooo tired. I am sorry to hear your daughter is not feeling well. Hope that is OK soon. I am looking forward to seeing your new look. It's fun isn't it? I wish I could decorate my house just as effortlessly. lol So many boxes to drag out, then things to put up and others to put out. I am exhausted before I start. WOW this doesn't sound very Christmasy. You can tell I am tired. Maybe I'd better just head off to bed and forget the blogging, haha Take care of yourself Mary. Love and hugs to you, Debbie
