I Exalt Thee

I'm happy to be joining Amy for Then Sings My Soul Saturday, and Charlotte and Ginger for Spiritual Sundays. It's taking me awhile to get back to blogging, which is funny, because I have so very much to say! Today, though, this is exactly where I am. In the midst of daily activities, plus the added chore of spring cleaning and decluttering, I find that everything comes to gentle stops throughout the day, as I reflect on PURPOSE and PEACE. What are they, and how do I find them? This is my answer.

Love to all,

  1. Beautiful, just beautiful, Mary~~thank you so much for this beautiful message and song.
    Praise God!
Hope you are well and happy:)

    Hugs and love,

    ~Let FREEDOM Ring!~

  2. Mary, I love this song and haven't heard it for some time. Thank you for posting it. I needed to hear it.

I've missed you in blog land but so glad you're back. I'm writing as I am listening and I have to say ...this song touches my heart so much. I feel like crying which I don't often do. I think this was one of the first praise songs I listened to over and over when I first began to truly walk with the Lord. We had a cabin in Flagstaff (mountain area of AZ) and I would go for walks listening to music like this). It was a time of first love and was so excited about walking with the Lord.

Yes, I exalt thee! Thank you Mary. See, we need you in bloggy land.

  3. This is a lovely song and thanks for posting it here. Welcome back.

  4. I love this song too and it is a favorite of my Husbands also. Good to see you back.

  5. Blessings Mary, I thought it had been a while since I had seen you! I'm so glad that amidst the clutter, you were able to come and EXALT the LORD with us! I so love this song and tried finding it once when it was on my heart! I could sing it over and over all day! In fact after I visit one more beautiful face...that's exactly what I'll do! Thanks Mary for lifting your praise and ours today to EXALT Him!

    Yes, LORD, I exalt Thee!!!

Don't stay away too long now... a little bit here and a little bit there! Bless you and enJOY TSMSS and a wonderful week exalting Him!

  24. Mary, I found your site when I googled "teacups" for a story I'm writing, and wanted you to know how moved I was by what you have posted. I was particularly affected by the photograph of the soldier with the kitten and wondered where it came from? Do you know the young man? I just think it's so beautiful and thank you for posting it for all to see.

  25. Mary darling I have missed you terribly, where are you darling? If you get a moment stop by my blog and let me know how life is treating you...marvellous I hope and pray.
